RETURNS POLICY
Somebuddy Loves You hopes that you are happy with your order and it’s a perfect fit. However, if you would like to return your order please see our returns policy and procedure below.

Please note this returns policy applied to all orders once they are placed.

 

AFTERPAY AND ZIPPAY ORDERS MAY BE EXCHANGED, OR RETURNED FOR A CREDIT NOTE ONLY – WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON THESE PURCHASES, INSTORE OR ONLINE.

 

ONLINE PURCHASES
Full priced items may be returned for a credit, exchange or refund (minus shipping costs) with Somebuddy Loves You Pty Ltd as long as they are in their original condition. This means with all original tags attached, unworn, unwashed and in mint condition.

Full-priced items must be returned to the store within 7 days of receipt of purchase. You must contact the store shop@somebuddylovesyou.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your order advising us of your return.

Where an item is returned due to a manufacturing fault we will pay the cost of sending you the replacement item.

We do not offer any exchange or refunds on reduced or sale items so please choose them carefully as the sale is final. We do not offer any exchange or refunds on jewellery or swimwear. Discounted items or items purchased with a special offer discount code are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable and all returns are the customers responsibility until they reach Somebuddy Loves You Pty Ltd. We take no responsibility for lost items, and we recommend returning your item via registered post. Please note all return shipping costs are the customers responsibility.

The item must be sent back to us in an appropriate manner to prevent any damage in return shipping.

If you live locally you may however drop the item back into the store once you have approval to do.

 

INSTORE PURCHASES

Full priced items may be returned for a credit or exchange with Somebuddy Loves You Pty Ltd as long as they are in their original condition. This means with all original tags attached, unworn, unwashed and in mint condition.

Please note we do not offer refunds for instore purchases unless the item is deemed to be faulty by the manufacturer. Where an item is returned due to a manufacturing fault we will pay the cost of sending you the replacement item.

HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN
Customers must contact Somebuddy Loves You by email within 48 hours of receiving their order.
In order to process your exchange or credit note, please email shop@somebuddylovesyou.com.au  with the following information:

- Original Order Reference Number
- Date of Purchase
- Items to be returned for exchange or credit note
- State the reason for return
- State your preference of exchange or credit note
    Returns must be sent via Express Post or Registered Post and directed to:

    Somebuddy Loves You
    193 Smith Street, Fitzroy 3065

    If you live locally you may however drop the item back into the store once you have approval to do so.
